Find It Button Not Available Saturday

On Saturday, March 14, the following services will be unavailable while system upgrades are taking place:
the yellow “Find It!” button and the “Do We Have This Journal?” link.  The software company is scheduled to begin the system maintenance at 8:00 am (CST) and anticipates resuming full service by 8:00 pm (CST).  If you typically use the “Find It!” button to place ILL requests, follow these steps to place ILL requests during the system upgrade. 

  • From the library’s homepage, click “My Library Account” 
  • User ID/Barcode: enter the 14-digit number (begins with 20110…) from your Gustavus ID
  • Password: enter your last name
  • After you are logged in, use the links on the right side of the screen (“Create an ILL Request”)

All databases, the online catalog, and research guides will be available for the duration of the updates. We appreciate your patience; please feel free to contact us if you have questions or need any assistance (
