Muslim Journeys Bookshelf Award on Display

Folke Bernadotte Memorial Library is among the 842 libraries and state humanities councils around the nation chosen to receive the Muslim Journeys Bookshelf award. The award is collection of 25 books and 3 films from the National Endowment for the Humanities Bridging Cultures initiative, to be used to address the need of the American public for credible resources about Muslim beliefs and practices and the cultural heritage of Islam. The books are currently on display in the library (on the main level, near the entrance).
